By participating in Dogtooth Rewards (the “Program”), members agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for their purchases and engagement with our services.
Membership Eligibility and Enrollment
The Program is open to all Dogtooth Bar & Grill customers.
Customers can enroll at any time through the form on our website.
To enroll, customers must provide their first name, last name, email address, phone number, and birthday date.
Earning Points
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
Points are earned on the purchase amount excluding taxes and tips.
Eligible purchases include food and non-promotional items. Points cannot be earned on alcohol, promotional items, including daily specials, lunch specials, happy hour, game day specials, gift cards, and merchandise.
To ensure points are accurately credited, members must notify the staff of their Dogtooth Rewards membership and present their rewards card before finalizing any purchase.
For online orders, members must log in using their registered email address or phone number through our SpotOn online ordering portal before finalizing their order.
Redeeming Points
Unlock $5 off towards delicious food and beverages with every 100 points accumulated.
Points can be redeemed in increments of $5 towards your check for every 100 points earned
Points are redeemable exclusively for food and beverages, whether dining at the restaurant or ordering online for delivery or pickup.
Members must present their Dogtooth Rewards card and notify staff before finalizing their purchase to redeem points.
For online orders, members must log in using their registered email address or phone number through our SpotOn online ordering portal before finalizing their order.
Dogtooth Rewards Card
Upon successful enrollment and receiving the sign-up confirmation email, members must visit the restaurant in person to collect their Dogtooth Rewards Card. The sign-up confirmation email must be shown at the time of card collection.
Customers must present their rewards card with every purchase to earn or redeem points. Failure to present the rewards card may result in the inability to earn or redeem points for that transaction.
Sign-Up Deal
New members of Dogtooth Rewards receive a $5 discount for their next purchase of $50 or more.
The offer will be received via email immediately upon successful enrollment and will be activated after initial purchase.Â
This offer expires one month from the date of the member’s sign-up.
To redeem this offer, members must notify staff at the time of purchase.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Birthday Deal
Members are treated to a $12 discount on any dessert when they dine in during their birthday month.
This offer will be sent via email on the 1st day of the member’s birthday month.
This offer is valid for a one-time use within the birthday month and will expire at the end of the month or once redeemed, whichever occurs first.
To redeem this offer, members must notify staff at the time of purchase, dine-in only.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Minimum purchase of $50 is required.
Account Management
Earning and spending points all happens seamlessly through checkout.
Members can monitor their reward points through various methods:
Logging into the free SpotOn app using their registered email address or phone number.
Presenting their Dogtooth Rewards card at the restaurant.
Membership and benefits are not transferable between accounts or redeemable for cash.
Special offers, including the Sign-Up Deal and Birthday Deal, must be redeemed individually and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
When a customer signs up for loyalty, it is immediate.
The Company reserves the right to monitor the accounts of all Members, at any time and without notice, for compliance with the Program Rules.
All interpretations of these Loyalty Program Rules regarding membership are at the Company’s sole discretion, and the Company’s decisions will be final.
Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates or changes.
Waiver
The Company’s waiver of any breach of these Loyalty Program Rules by any Member will not constitute a waiver of any other prior or subsequent breach of these Program Rules. The Company’s failure to insist upon strict compliance with these Loyalty Program Rules by any Member will not be deemed a waiver of any rights or remedies the Company may have against that or any other Member. The Company may waive compliance with these Program Rules in its sole discretion and may run promotions from time to time that provide enhanced benefits to select Members.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its franchisees or licensees, and each of their respective owners, managers, officers, employees, and agents be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with the loyalty program, these program rules, or the Company’s operation of the loyalty program.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. The personal information collected during enrollment and participation in the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, primarily to administer the Program.
Choice of Law and Venue
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Loyalty Program or these Program Rules will be handled individually without any class action and will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflicts of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to the Loyalty Program or the Program Rules may be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Jersey.
